Welcome to the hotcrp used for applications in CS of Institut Polytechnique de Paris!
If you want to better understand the PhD track and how we have to select the students/tutors, you can take a look at this document.
For the track chairs, you are in charge of assigning the students to the tracks when you evaluate an application for the first time. You will also be in charge of assigning reviewers to the students that belong to your track.
We will intensively use the tag system during the whole evaluation. You can use the following tags:
- phddataai, phdcs: if the students applied in PhD track
- math: for a student that applied for the PhD track in DataAI, but for the master in math. Has to be manually filled for the PhD track students
- csn, cps, cyber, dataai, ds4h, fcs, mpro, pds, igd: to assign a student to a track for the students in cs. Has to be manually filled for the PhD track students
- m1, m2: application level (m1 by default for the students that applied for a PhD track, in this case, has to be manually modified)
In order to use tags in the search bar:
- #tag1 #tag2: all the students with the tags tag1 and tag2. For example: #pds => give the students in the pds track
- !#tag: invert the request, for example: !#phddataai => gives all the students that only applied to the PhD track in CS
Schedule:
- First step: selection of the students by the PhD track jury (heads of the tracks):
- 13/1: application deadline for the students
- 13/1 - 19/1: dispatch phase (the track chair assign students to the tracks and PC members to students)
- 19/1 at 2pm: first meeting of the PhD track jury (check that all the assignments are corrects)

- 2/2 at 2pm: second meeting of the PhD track jury (decide which applications we accept, and at which level)
